Mr. Giannantonio is an attorney who has been practicing law since 2000. His practice focuses on Bankruptcy, Real Estate, Short Sales, Loan Modifications, Wills & Estates, Collections, Landlord/Tenant, Land Use, Municipal Court and Matrimonial Law.
Prior to founding Giannantonio & Roth, LLC with Mr. Roth, Mr. Giannantonio founded the Law Firm of Gary H. Giannantonio, Esq., LLC. In addition to his active legal practice, Mr. Giannantonio is the current Planning Board Attorney for the Borough of Palisades Park. For four years, Mr. Giannantonio was an Assistant Municipal Prosecutor in the Borough of Palisades Park (2002-2006). Mr. Giannantonio also served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Patrick J. Roma, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Hackensack, New Jersey (1998-1999).
Mr. Giannantonio received his Juris Doctor from the New York Law School and his Bachelor of Arts from Boston University. Mr. Giannantonio is admitted to the bars of the State of New Jersey and United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is also a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
