Mr. Giannantonio is an Attorney who has been practicing law since 2001. His practice focuses on Residential and Commercial Real Estate Closings, Wills and Estates, and Land Use.
Prior to founding Giannantonio & Roth, , LLC with Mr. Roth, Mr. Giannantonio founded the Law Firm of Gary H. Giannantonio, Esq., LLC in 2004. In addition to his active legal practice Mr. Giannantonio is the current Zoning Board of Adjustment Attorney for the Township of Washington and previously served as the Planning Board Attorney for the Borough of Palisades Park for 12 years. Mr. Giannantonio has successfully represented various commercial clients in obtaining variances for such things as a canopy and convenience store for a gas station, sign and exterior renovation variances for restaurants, dry cleaners and a mattress store. He has represented builders and obtained subdivision and site plan approvals. He has also represented Commercial Tenants seeking a Change of Use approval from the local zoning board when opening up a new business or relocating an existing business. He has also represented individual homeowners in obtaining variances for major and minor renovations including additions, swimming pool and generator installations.
He has also over 20 years of experiencing handling several thousand real estate closings and has assisted many clients in preparing their Wills, Medical and General Powers of Attorney and Advance Directives. He has also assisted clients in probating estates and getting clients appointed as Executors or Administrators.
Mr. Giannantonio has received his Juris Doctor from the New York Law School and his Bachelor of Arts from Boston University. Mr. Giannantonio is admitted to the bars of the State of New Jersey and Unite States District Court of the District of New Jersey.
