Mr. Roth has been a practicing attorney for over ten (10) years. His practice focuses on Real Estate, Commercial Leasing, and Bankruptcy.
Prior to founding Giannantonio & Roth, LLC, Mr. Roth was an associate at an AmLaw 100 firm in New York City in its Commercial Real Estate Department. Before practicing law in New York City, Mr. Roth was an Assistant Prosecutor in Essex County, New Jersey, where he tried numerous jury and bench trials. Mr. Roth had also previously been a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Mark M. Russello of the Superior Court of New Jersey, located in Hackensack, New Jersey.
Mr. Roth received his LL.M. (Masters of Law) in Real Property Development from the University of Miami, where he previously served as an officer on the Board of Directors for the university’s Real Property Development Alumni Association. Mr. Roth obtained his Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo, and his Bachelor of Arts (Cum Laude) from the State University of New York at Albany.
Mr. Roth is admitted to the bar in both New York and New Jersey, and admitted to the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Mr. Roth is also certified as a Foreclosure Mediator by the Administrative Office of the Courts in New Jersey. In addition, Mr. Roth is currently an alternate municipal prosecutor for the Borough of Oakland, New Jersey, and from 2004 – 2008 was a certified as a criminal trial attorney in the state of New Jersey. Mr. Roth previously served as a board trustee and the general legal counsel for Temple Avodat Shalom in River Edge, New Jersey. In addition, Mr. Roth was a judge for 2013, 2014, and 2015 Yale University Mock Trial Invitational Tournaments.
