Robyn Latman heads our Firm’s Landlord/Tenant division. She has extensive experience in this area, focusing on both residential and commercial properties. Robyn represents Landlords in matters dealing with tenants, evictions, housing violations and security deposits. She can be contacted at Robyn@LatmanLaw.com.

Before joining Giannantonio & Roth, LLC, as an Attorney Of Counsel in 2010, Robyn was a Senior Litigation Associate at Feinstein, Raiss, Kelin & Booker, LLC, where she worked from 2001 until 2010. While there, she represented Property Owners, Real Estate Investment Companies, Management Companies, Housing Authorities and Condominium Associations throughout the state. Ms. Latman devoted a significant portion of her practice to real estate and general civil litigation, including matters involving condominium associations and collections. She defended Housing Code Enforcement issues as well as Landlord/Tenant disputes in the Municipal Courts, and she argued before the Rent Leveling Board on behalf of Landlords.

Ms. Latman was admitted to the Bar in New Jersey in 1999 and to the New York Bar in 2000.  As a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Robyn served for many years as a member of its Special Civil Part Committee and the Statewide Coordinating Committee for Implementation of Special Civil Part Best Practices.  Ms. Latman is a graduate of American University in Washington, DC, and New York Law School in New York City.  She currently practices only in New Jersey.

When Robyn’s not in court or at her desk, you might find her volunteering for First Descents, on a whitewater kayaking trip in the Pacific Northwest, with young adults who survived cancer.  She also lends her time to organizations that create happy experiences for children battling cancer.  Here she is in White Salmon, WA in July 2015.  During July, 2016, she learned to rock climb in New River Gorge, WV, with First Descents.
